A microwave and a fridge in my queen room were a very thoughtful addition. The bathroom was also fairly clean and included a tub, which I greatly enjoyed. The location was comfy, within easy walking distance of Mercer Depot Museum.

My room was a nice size with mini fridge and microwave, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Restaurant was perfect for a breakfast.

The bed was not very comfortable, that's my bad luck.

The total stay was really really nice for next weekend. The hotel was in a comfy position just off the Great Northern Motel, and the bar restaurant. I ate at the attached restaurant near the venue. The a nice size room had all the necessary facilities, climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave.

Helpful staff during my stay. Large room with comfortable beds, central heating, TV set, and a microwave. Fairly clean bathrooms with bathtubs.

They gave me queen room with a 17 "TV, microwave and the bar. The personnel was excellent and amiable: D

It boasts an excellent and perfect location; next to in house restaurant and the hill and Wisconsin. One of tourist spots - Mercer Lake - is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, truly enjoyed that.

Units with breakfast. The location was quiet and comfy, right on the lake.

For the price we paid, we definitely got great value. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the lake. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a motel in the north woods and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, close to downtown and with a beautiful view of the lake and snowmobile trail from my room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-maintained bathroom. The service was friendly and accommodating, and I even had the opportunity to enjoy the pool, hot tubs, and sauna. The bar/restaurant offered delicious and affordable food, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast was a great option. it was a great place to stay and experience the charm of the north woods.

The breakfast options could be improved, as there were not enough staff to refill and replace the food in a timely manner.

Tidy hotel, I loved outstandingly accommodating and really helpful staff. The room I had was large and huge with a terrific view and a 17 '' TV, for example. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, really close to a grocery store, Subway, the Great Northern from Rhinelander and the grocery store. They offered me outstanding meals, had lots of options to choose from.

That service was missing.

Excellent staff, beautiful room, in general I appreciated this fine hotel. I was offered a room with nice views of the lake. The location of the venue was perfect, on Lake Superior. Moreover, it's close to the grocery store next door and a tourist area and the Great Northern Motel.

Everything was great, so were particularly nice views of the lake. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable from arrival until we left. The room was beautiful with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Really enjoyed our very nice stay there a lot.

I first stayed at the Great Northern Motel three summers ago for a wedding. The motel is in a good location if you want to do things around the Mercer/Minocqua/Manitowish area. They had a band on Friday night which was nice. You can also paddle a row boat or canoe around the lake in the back.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
